I didn’t see a photo in any of Greg’s blog posts of the meal that we ate on Saturday Feb 24, the eve of my departure to Barcelona. It was a pretty awesome Indian-inspired dinner!
I made it in parallel with a batch of seed-filled bran muffins. These recipes took most of the quiet afternoon. As I was getting all the ingredients out, I took this photo of my kitchen counter.
